Mixed Veg Curry (Dry)

2 tsp dhaniya (coriander seeds)
1 tsp jeera
ginger 1 inch
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 cups Mixed veggies (potato, peas, cauliflower, carrot, beans)
1/2 cup chopped onions
Cilantro/ coriander leaves for garnish
oil 2 tsp
Grind coriander seeds, jeera seeds and ginger to a coarse paste.
Add oil in a kadai, add the chopped onions and saute till crisp.
Add the paste and saute well till the raw smell goes.
Stir in the veggies. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala
Saute on high till crisp. Then, sprinkle water and cook closed till the veggies are well cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Dal chawal.
