This is another awesome Maharastrian recipe from my aunt Mythili and Kamala paati. Yummy!!
3 small potatoes - steamed and mashed
3-4 green chillies chopped
bread crumbs made from 3 bread slices
1/2 cup sago/ javvarsi (soaked for 1/2 hr)
salt to taste
lime juice from 1 lime
finely chopped coriander leaves 1/8 cup
Mix all of the above ingredients and make a firm dough sprinkling water if required. Flatten it out on oil smeared plastic sheets and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Serve with coriander chutney and ketchup.
