Take the idly/ dosai batter. Bring it to the dosai batter consistency.
To the batter, add some chopped onions (optional), fried mustard seeds, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies.
Add 1/4 tsp oil/ghee (each) in the paniyaram griddle holes.
Pour the batter, allow it to cook well in med flame. Once the side gets golden brown, flip it carefully with a spoon and addd some more oil and roast till done.
