Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients:
300 gm paneer slab
1 onion- finely chopped
1 round juicy tomato -finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper (capsicum)-finely diced
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder (coriander)
Salt to taste
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
Frozen peas - 1/4 cup
oil-2 tsp
Chopped coriander (cilantro) for garnish
Defrost paneer. Scramble paneer using hands.
Add oil in a kadai. Splutter jeera.
Add onion and saute till transparent. Add the tomatoes and saute till soft.
Toss in capsicum, peas, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and dhaniya powder, turmeric and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
Add the scrambled paneer and simmer for 2 minutes.
Check for salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Paneer Wrap
You can roll it inside chappati/roti for paneer wraps
Stuff it inside pastry sheets to make paneer pastry puffs
Fill it in a samosa putty to make paneer samosas!
