Thepla / Tapela

My aunt, Radhika is an expert in many unique dishes. She is an awesome cook! Tepla is the latest addition to her recipe list!!
Ingredients:
1 cup measure atta,
1 tsp Rava / Semolina,
1 tbsp Besan flour
1tsp curd or yoghurt
2 tbsp oil + oil for roasting,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 Chilly powder
Ginger 1/2 inch, garlic (optional) & green chilli -3 made to a paste ( Quantity to suite your taste)
Salt to taste
Dried Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves chopped - 3 tbsp (optional)
Procedure:
Mix all of the contents into a dough similar to that of Roti/ chappati.
Leave aside for 30 minutes.
Roll into thick parathas wiht a rolling pin.
With lil oil toast like chapathi
Serve with pickle or raitha.
